Opportunity description

The University of Bucharest intends to purchase copier paper, colored paper and cardboard products. These products are necessary for printing the documents required for the proper conduct of teaching and administrative activities within the 19 Faculties, including the student admission process for the 2025-2026 period, the administrative activities within the Directorates of the University of Bucharest (printing contracts, accounting statements, EMSYS documents, procurement documentation, tenders, etc.), for printing books from the 2025-2026 editorial plan and for printing various representation documents, such as business cards, diplomas, leaflets, brochures, etc. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. It is intended to purchase A3 and A4 copier paper for the conduct of teaching and administrative activities within the University of Bucharest. Framework Agreement quantity: min. 1050-max. 26856 products; Quantity for the largest subsequent contract: min. 32-max. 3050 products. The paper and cardboard covered by lot no. 2 are necessary for printing books from the 2025-2026 editorial plan and for printing representation documents, business cards, diplomas, leaflets, brochures, etc. Estimated framework agreement quantity: min. 31 products - max. 58467 products; Estimated quantity for the largest subsequent contract: min. 31 products-max. 7720 products.
