Opportunity description

The subject of the sectoral procurement procedure is the purchase of the following products: “Non-standardized malleable cast iron fittings”. “Non-standardized malleable cast iron fittings”, purchased by Delgaz Grid S.A., means the fittings required for the replacement of meters and regulators (maintenance works) and for investment works. They are used for joining threaded steel pipes and are intended for natural gas distribution. Clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation will be transmitted 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the contracting entity’s response to these requests will be transmitted on the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders, in accordance with Art. 173 of Law 99/2016. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. (in accordance with previously mentioned Art. 29 para. (3) of the Government Decision). Products from the “Non-standardized malleable cast iron fittings” range will be purchased in accordance with the requirements mentioned in Technical Specifications No. 596555 dated 06.11.2025, Technical Specification No. 638 RO, and the documents attached thereto.
