The products requested through the Specifications are used for: Execution of rehabilitation and modernization works on the existing water supply and sewerage networks, existing service connections and existing connections; Execution of new facilities; Execution of the hydraulic installations related to valve chambers and chambers for smart meters for remote measurement of water consumption within existing installations and new facilities. The general objectives that will be achieved through the supply of pipelines, piping, pipes, casing, tubing and related items are: Compliance with the provisions contained in the technical-economic execution documentation and the applicable technical standards in force; increasing operational efficiency and reducing the duration of the works; carrying out the works in accordance with the quality level specified in the applicable technical regulations and in the clauses of the contracts concluded with the beneficiaries; maintaining the technical operating parameters of the water supply system and the wastewater collection system and ensuring the comfort of the subscribers of S.C COMPANIA DE UTILITATI PUBLICE DUNAREA BRAILA SA Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 21 days The contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification submitted on time 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (3) of Government Decision No. 394/2016, the contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. If one or more of the established dates falls on a non-working day, the working day immediately following that date/those dates will be taken into consideration, provided that the minimum period of 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders is observed. If the specified minimum period of 10 days cannot be observed, then the response will be published on the day preceding that date/those dates.
