II.1.4) Brief description: Procurement of “Pre-insulated steel pipes and accessories Dn 600 ÷800 mm” in accordance with the provisions of specification no. 1926/20.02.2025. The products will be purchased by concluding a framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement will be 18 months from the date of signing, and it will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators. The following are purchased through the framework agreement: Pre-insulated pipe Dn600/800 mm, Pre-insulated pipe Dn800/1000 mm, Pre-insulated elbow Dn600/800 mm, Pre-insulated elbow Dn800/1000 mm, Electrofusion pipe sleeves Dn600/800 mm, Sleeving operation Dn600/800 mm. Heat-shrink sleeves Dn800/1000 mm, Sleeving operation Dn800/1000 mm, End cap Dn 600/800 mm, Installation of end cap Dn 600/800 mm, End cap Dn800/1000 mm, Installation of end cap Dn800/1000 mm, Sealing ring Dn800/1000 mm. The products will be covered by a warranty of at least 5 years. Products which, during the warranty period, replace defective products benefit from a new warranty period starting from the date of replacement of the product. The delivery period is the period undertaken by each tenderer under the evaluation factor “Delivery period” and may not exceed a maximum of 90 calendar days from the date the order is issued by the Contracting Authority, a period undertaken by the successful tenderer through the technical proposal. The delivery period will be the period declared by the tenderer for the evaluation factor “Delivery period”. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator is entitled to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders”. Subsequent contracts under the framework agreement will be signed every six months and/or according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
