Opportunity description

The subject of the Framework Agreement is the procurement of “Pipes, Elbows, T-profiles and pipework accessories, tubes and fittings”. DEER carries out investment works using its own resources and maintenance works on electricity distribution installations, within which it is necessary to replace cables and conductors or construct new power lines. To perform these works, pipes, tubes, fittings, pipework, elbows, T-profiles and pipework accessories are required for the mechanical or electrical protection of electrical cables and conductors. The procurement of these products will be divided into 5 categories split into 10 lots, this division being absolutely necessary so that all items can be offered and in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: A. “Pipes” - CPV code 44163100-1 - Lot 1: Rigid compact-wall PVC-U pipes for the protection of electrical cables, provided with a plain socket for bonding, for buried installation; Multilayer PVC-U pipes for buried gravity sewer networks - Lot 2: Rigid halogen-free PVC pipes; Rigid IPEY-type PVC pipes - Lot 3: Polyethylene pipes for PE80, PN6 water networks B. “Elbows, T-profiles and pipework accessories” - CPV code 44167300-1 - Lot 4: Polypropylene fittings for indoor sewer systems; PVC-U fittings for outdoor sewer systems; PVC-U fittings for pressurized water installations - Lot 5: Rigid, halogen-free PVC fittings; IPEY-type PVC fittings C. “Tubes” - CPV code 44164200-9 - Lot 6: Structured-wall PE tubes for the protection of electrical cables; Corrugated pipe coupling sleeves - Lot 7: Microtube for optical fiber D. “Pipework” - CPV code 44162000-3 - Lot 8: Longitudinally welded round black pipe and galvanized pipe for installations; Longitudinally welded square and rectangular steel pipe E. “Tubes and fittings” - CPV code 44164310-3 - Lot 9: Flame-retardant flexible PVC tube; Halogen-free flexible tube; Flexible metal tube; Flexible metal tube with PVC insulation - Lot 10: Heat-shrink tube without adhesive Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 (before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications) The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is: on the 10th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established above.
