Green corridor maintenance services, divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 – Maintenance of the Green Corridor on Barcaului Street in the Municipality of Oradea, resulting in the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 3 years (2023–2026) Lot 2 – – Maintenance of the Green Corridor on Aurel Covaci Street, in the Municipality of Oradea, resulting in the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 3 years (2024–2027) The general objective to be achieved by the provision of maintenance services for the Green Corridor on Barcaului Street and the Green Corridor on Aurel Covaci Street in the Soarelui neighborhood concerns the efficient use of the allocated public funds and the economical and judicious use of resources in order to create an urban public space that will ensure an improvement in the quality of life and socio-economic benefits for the local community. The estimates regarding the minimum and maximum quantities of the types/categories of services that may be requested during the term of the framework agreement, respectively estimates regarding the minimum and maximum quantities of the types/categories of services that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded/per lot, are those provided in Annex 3 to the specifications. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Requests for clarification will be submitted in editable format.
