Current repair works to: flat roof, façade and lightning protection system at pavilion A in barracks 525 Focșani, UM 01457 Focșani, for lot 1; Current repair works to: pitched roof, exterior structures, interior structures, lightning protection system, interior heating, plumbing, electrical and sewerage installations at pavilion B1 in barracks 525 Focșani, UM 01457 Focșani, for lot 2; Current repair works to: pitched roof, exterior structures, interior structures and interior heating, plumbing, sewerage, thermal, electrical and hydrant installations at pavilion I in barracks 2694 Topraisar, UM 01737 Topraisar., for lot 3; Current repair works to: flat roof, exterior structures, interior structures and interior heating, plumbing, sewerage, thermal, electrical and hydrant installations at pavilion C1 in barracks 1196 Topraisar, UM 01737 Topraisar, for lot 4. NOTE 1: The public procurement contract may be amended during its validity period under the conditions provided for in Art. 221 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. Amendment of the contract during its validity period other than in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Art. 221 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, shall be carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. NOTE 2: In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NOTE 3: In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification concerning the method of implementing the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in note 2 will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the period mentioned in note 3 and, as a result, the request will be considered LATE.
