Supply of products with installation and commissioning for the investment "Development of playgrounds - Lacramioarei Street". In order for these products to be commissioned, preliminary works are required, as well as the removal of existing and damaged playground equipment and urban furniture: - removal of existing damaged playground equipment and urban furniture - construction of asphalt paths for pedestrian traffic - creation of green space (lawn, plant beds) - creation of impact-absorbing surfaces made of poured tartan and sand - provision of urban furniture and playground equipment - provision of an irrigation system - provision of a surveillance system - development of the green space CONTRACT DURATION: 78 months from the date of issuance of the order to commence the works: - the deadline for delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the products and for carrying out the works requested in the Specifications is 5 months from the issuance of the commencement order. - acceptance of the products and executed works: 1 month. - warranty required for the works performed - 72 months (6 years). The WARRANTY PERIOD granted shall be at least: - 72 months for the products supplied, which may be extended to 108 months, taking into account the evaluation factors used. - 72 months for the works carried out, from the date of acceptance upon completion of the works until final acceptance. The deadline by which clarifications may be requested from the contracting authority is 18 days before the tender submission date. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The nature and quantity of the products requested are in accordance with the Specifications. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 3,245,921.32 RON.
