The subject of the Framework Agreement is the procurement of “Overhead power line poles – SC type” D.E.E.R. carries out investment and maintenance works on electricity distribution installations, within which it is necessary to install/replace the concrete poles associated with overhead power lines. Due to the development of the areas and implicitly the increase in electricity consumption, it is necessary to increase the security of the electricity supply to consumers in the area and reduce restoration times in the event of failures. The procurement of these products is necessary to maintain or restore the availability, reliability and operational safety of the energy installations, as well as the related constructions and equipment existing in the distribution operator’s assets. At the same time, D.E.E.R. carries out investment and maintenance works on electricity distribution installations, within which it is necessary to install/replace the concrete poles associated with overhead power lines.
