Opportunity description

The contracting authority intends to conclude one framework agreement for each of the procurement of Knitted caps, Socks and Name badges forming part of the uniform of Border Police personnel, for a period of 48 months, as follows: lot 1: Knitted caps: minimum 250 and maximum 9,000 pieces, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications; lot 2: Socks: minimum 250 and maximum 75,000 pieces, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications; lot 3: Name badges: minimum 250 and maximum 26,000 pieces, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications; The framework agreements will be concluded with a single economic operator, without reopening competition. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: lot 1: Knitted caps: minimum 250 and maximum 3,000 pieces; lot 2: Socks: minimum 250 and maximum 18,000 pieces; lot 3: Name badges: minimum 250 and maximum 6,000 pieces; The delivery period for the products for all lots is 4 months from the date of signing the subsequent contract by the last party, except for subsequent contracts concluded for a maximum quantity of 500 pieces of each item, which will have a delivery period of 2 months. Requests for clarification relating to the procurement documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests were submitted within the time limit mentioned in SECTION I, namely 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning procurement documentation / responses provided when conducting public procurement contract award procedures by electronic means (online), meaning that documents attached to the “Questions” section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, since these will become public when the response is submitted by the contracting authority! The contracting authority intends to purchase the following for lot 1: Knitted caps: minimum 250 and maximum 9,000 pieces, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: lot 1: Knitted caps: minimum 250 and maximum 3,000 pieces. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be: • 360,000 lei excluding VAT for Lot no. 1. The contracting authority intends to purchase the following for lot 2: Socks: minimum 250 and maximum 75,000 pieces, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: lot 2: Socks: minimum 250 and maximum 18,000 pieces. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be: • 900,000 lei excluding VAT for Lot no. 2 The contracting authority intends to purchase the following for lot 3: Name badges: minimum 250 and maximum 26,000 pieces, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: lot 3: Name badges: minimum 250 and maximum 6,000 pieces. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be: • 300,000 lei excluding VAT for Lot no. 3. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 6,130,000 RON.
