Procurement of: Canned goods, eggs and bread Lot 1 - Eggs Lot 2 - Sliced white bread 400g Lot 3 - Tomato paste Lot 4 - Vegetable mix pebtru cooking Lot 5 - Soup vegetables Lot 6 - Vegetable stew Lot 7 - Fruit jam Lot 8 - Pickled cucumbers Lot 9 - Pickled red peppers The required quantities are specified in the tender specifications. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016; the provisions of Art. 8 para. Procurement of tomato paste. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are those specified in the tender specifications, the value of the largest subsequent contract = 75000 lei. Procurement of vegetable mix for cooking. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are those specified in the tender specifications, the value of the largest subsequent contract = 162000 lei. Procurement of soup vegetables. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are those specified in the tender specifications, the value of the largest subsequent contract = 183600 lei. Procurement of vegetable stew. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are those specified in the tender specifications, the value of the largest subsequent contract = 55200 lei. Procurement of fruit jam. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract are those specified in the tender specifications, the value of the largest subsequent contract = 69000 lei. Procurement of pickled cucumbers.
