Opportunity description

Framework agreement concerning BNR publication printing services. The contractor will provide printing services for BNR publications, in accordance with the technical specifications described in the tender specifications. Deadline for receipt of requests for clarification: 18 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, once only, on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 and Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by interested economic operators through SEAP, by the deadline established for submitting requests for clarification. The contractor will provide printing services for BNR publications, in accordance with the technical specifications and in the quantities specified in the tender specifications. Procedure: open.
