The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract for design services, design verification and technical assistance during the execution of the works for the completion of the investment objective: “DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARMENIȘ STREAM BED IN THE VILLAGE OF SAT BATRÂN, ARMENIȘ COMMUNE, CARAȘ-SEVERIN COUNTY”, in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications and in compliance with the legislation in force. The activities required to be carried out under the contract and the period for its performance are presented in detail in the Tender Specifications. Number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. Requests for clarification must be submitted in editable format.
