Opportunity description
The procurement concerns the acquisition of dosimetric equipment for ionizing radiation monitoring in order to develop and implement the configuration of the radiation protection system to ensure optimal working conditions when operating the linear electron accelerator and the gamma beam system at ELI-NP. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, interested economic operators shall request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, in conjunction with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No. 395/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The purpose of this procurement procedure for Lot 1 is the acquisition of active detectors for area monitoring. The purpose of this procurement procedure for Lot 2 is the acquisition of an irradiator and a BeOSL dual monitoring system. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 3,434,458 RON.
