Public procurement contract for Supply, Construction and Installation – Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles in Iași County – in accordance with the Specifications and the technical documentation attached thereto. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation, in compliance with the deadline established by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates – Section I.3) Communication, namely the number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 days. Responses to requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation will be published in SEAP, in the “List, clarifications, notifications and decisions” Section of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established pursuant to Art. 27(3) of Government Decision 395/2016. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information as follows: – on the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Public procurement contract for Supply, Construction and Installation – Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles in Iași County – According to the Specifications: The procurement of the 20 electric vehicle charging stations, installed at the listed locations, will comply with the eligibility requirements mentioned in the Financing Guide for the Program regarding the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in transport through the promotion of infrastructure for energy-efficient road transport vehicles: charging stations for electric vehicles in localities (approved by Order No. 1962/29.10.2021 issued by the Environmental Fund Administration). 1. Activities: The following activities must be carried out: • Preparation and submission of documentation, studies, etc., to obtain the endorsements and approvals required under the Urban Planning Certificate; preparation of DTAC, DTOE, Technical Design, documentation required for connection; obtaining the Building Permit for construction and installation work on the charging stations and their connection to the electricity grid, obtaining the connection certificate; • Preparation/landscaping of the land to flatten steep contour lines, grading and compacting the soil; • Establishment/Development of vehicle access routes; • Development of 2 parking spaces for each charging station; • Pouring a concrete foundation; • Embedding the station’s threaded anchor rods in the concrete foundation; • Installation of the charging station; • Installation of the electrical panel (charging stations and service connections); • Connection of the charging station to the electrical panel; • Connection of the charging station to the adjacent transformer point, according to the electricity distributor’s solution sheet (ATR). • At 5 (five) installation points, for connection to the electricity grid, it is necessary to procure and install the corresponding transformer substations, according to the attached Technical Connection Approvals; • Commissioning of the charging stations; • Installation of signage and visual identification elements. Estimated value of the supply contract (with ancillary works): 5.223.989,89 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract was calculated as the sum of the following components of the General Estimate – technical design phase, prepared by the designer based on market research, as well as the technical connection approvals issued by the regional electricity distributor, as follows: Chapter 2 – Expenditure for providing the utilities required for the investment objective – 2.000.924,21 lei; Chapter 4 – Expenditure for the basic investment – 3.223.065,68 lei, of which: 4.1 – Construction and installations – 651.878,76 lei; 4.2 – Installation of machinery and technological and functional equipment – 21.186,92 lei; 4.3 – Machinery and technological and functional equipment requiring installation – 2.550.000,00 lei.
