Romania – Refuse and waste related services – Delegation by concession of the management of certain sanitation service activities in Sector 2 of the Municipality of Bucharest

Opportunity description

The sanitation service activities that are the subject of the delegation are: - Separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste originating from commercial activities, industry and institutions, including separately collected fractions - Sweeping, washing and sprinkling of public roads in the locality, including the collection and transport of soil and stone waste originating from public roads to waste disposal sites, as well as waste originating from street bins to waste disposal sites and/or treatment facilities - Clearing and transporting snow from public roads in the locality and keeping them operational during black ice or freezing conditions. The operator will also provide services related to the sanitation service as described in Art. 5 of the Specifications, part of the procurement documentation. Requests for clarifications may be submitted up to the 26th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Responses to requests for clarifications are to be published on the 16th day before the submission of tenders. Only requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators by the established deadline will be answered. The operator will also provide services related to the sanitation service as described in Art. 5 of the Specifications, part of the procurement documentation. The quantities of waste subject to collection and transport activities and the areas of public roads subject to the services delegated under the contract are detailed in the Specifications and the Opportunity Study published as part of this concession procedure. Award criteria The most economically advantageous tender (according to art. 86 of Law 100/2016) / Lowest price (according to SEAP). For the award of the concession contract, the criterion proposed in accordance with art. 86 para.
