Lot 1 Zlatna - Zone 3 SMID ALBA, subzone 3.1 The subject of the contract is the delegation of the management of the following activity that is a component of the sanitation service, provided at the level of the localities making up Zone 3, subzone 3.1 of SMID Alba, namely: “the separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste originating from commercial activities in industry and institutions, including separately collected fractions;” The subject of the contract is also the delegation of the management of the following services related to the sanitation service, with a low degree of repeatability and which are carried out occasionally, provided at the level of the localities making up Zone 3, subzone 3.1 of SMID Alba, namely: a) management of Bulky Waste, including mattresses and furniture; b) management of Construction Waste originating from homes, generated by their interior and/or exterior refurbishment and rehabilitation activities, for which the issuance of a building/demolition permit is not mandatory; c) management of abandoned Municipal Waste; d) management of abandoned Construction Waste; The delegation area for the management of the activities that are components of the sanitation service and are the subject of the delegation contract consists of the territorial jurisdiction of the localities making up Zone 3, subzone 3.1, namely: UAT Town of Zlatna, UAT Commune of Almașu Mare, UAT Commune of Meteș.
