Brief description of the CONTRACT FOR THE DELEGATION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PUBLIC SANITATION SERVICE IN THE CITY OF BRAGADIRU, SEPARATE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE AND OTHER STREAMS, STREET CLEANING, SNOW REMOVAL AND DDD SERVICES, which entails delegation through the award of a concession contract for the above-mentioned activities within the City of Bragadiru, provided for in Law No. 101/2006 on the sanitation service of localities as well as in Emergency Ordinance No. 92/2021 on the waste regime). The sanitation service includes the following activities to be carried out within the territorial area of the City of BRAGADIRU: A. Separate collection and transport of residual municipal waste (including similar waste); B. Separate collection and transport of biodegradable municipal waste (including similar waste) (biowaste); C. Separate collection and transport of recyclable municipal waste (inluciv similar waste) and packaging waste; D. Separate collection and transport of bulky municipal waste (both upon request and through the organization of campaigns); E. Separate collection and transport of waste resulting from construction and demolition activities; F. Collection and transport of waste abandoned on public property; G. Manual sweeping; H. Mechanized sweeping; I. Emptying street bins and other public road maintenance activities; J. Sprinkling the roadway; K. Mechanized washing; L. Mechanized washing performed with an operator (manual washing); M. Cleaning gutters; N. Ice control; O. Snow plowing; P. Manual snow clearing as well as manual ice breaking; Q. Snow transport; R. Insect control, Disinfection and Rodent control. Requests for clarification shall be submitted no later than the 16th day, inclusive, before the tender submission date, and the responses to requests for clarification shall be published on the 6th day before tender submission. Only requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline will be answered.
