Romania – Repair and maintenance services of cooler groups – Maintenance and repair services for air-conditioning/ventilation installations and equipment

Opportunity description

Provision of maintenance and repair services in BNR buildings for air-conditioning/ventilation installations and equipment, according to the distribution of the lots. These will be performed in accordance with the technical specifications stated for each lot, but the contractor will perform all the services covered by the specifications. The justification for the need is based on the need to: 1) Ensure the working conditions of BNR employees and the operating conditions of IT equipment that cannot withstand large temperature fluctuations 2) Ensure the operation of the precision cooling/air-conditioning systems in the BNR computing center as well as in the backup data center, through which the core activity of the National Bank of Romania is ensured 3) Ensure the controlled microclimate in the BNR premises where treasury items, the archives and BNR heritage assets are stored Deadline for receipt of requests for clarification: 20 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information, once only, no later than the 10th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to the provisions of Articles 160 and 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by interested economic operators through SEAP, by the deadline established for submitting requests for clarification.
