The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Unirii, No. 22, Sector 3, Bucharest: The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 118.075,00 lei excluding VAT for 1 (one) month; The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 6.732.150,00 lei excluding VAT for a period of 48 months. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract is 118.075,00 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 1.688,700,00 lei excluding VAT. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Following the conclusion of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will conclude subsequent contracts during the period: - December 2024, the estimated value of the subsequent contract is 118.075,00 lei excluding VAT - January – December/year, the estimated value of the subsequent contract is 1.688,700,00 lei excluding VAT. - Lot B. “PSI services, technical maintenance services for fire-fighting installations and systems” at the Batthyaneum Branch – Alba Iulia: 1 Gabriel Bethlen St., Alba Iulia, Alba County, namely: The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 2.925,00 lei excluding VAT for 1 (0) month; The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 206.200,00 lei excluding VAT for a period of 48 months. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract is 2.925,00 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 51.900, 00 lei excluding VAT. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Following the conclusion of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will conclude subsequent contracts during the period: - December 2024, the estimated value of the subsequent contract is 2.925,00 lei excluding VAT. - January – December/year, the estimated value of the subsequent contract is 51.900,00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 118.075,00 lei excluding VAT for 1 (one) month; The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 6.732.150,00 lei excluding VAT for a period of 48 months. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 1.688.700,00 lei excluding VAT. a) Provision of the P1-type Private Service for Emergency Situations (SPSU); b) Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Service (PSI); c) Technical maintenance within the statutory time limits of the fire detection installations and inert-gas fire-extinguishing installations of the NOVEC 1230 type: detailed in Annex No. 1; d) Technical maintenance within the statutory time limits of the installation for early detection of the onset of fire (Securiton type), detailed in Annex No. 2; e) Technical maintenance within the statutory time limits of the fire-extinguishing installations with sprinklers and internal hydrants (wet risers and dry risers) and external hydrants, detailed in Annex No. 3; f) Technical maintenance within the statutory time limits of the smoke extraction installation; g) Management and periodic inspection / refilling, as applicable, of fire extinguishers, in accordance with the legal provisions. h) Provision, at the request of the Contracting Authority, for the installations specified in Ch. C, D, E, F, G, of a number of labor hours amounting to a maximum of 30 hours for a subsequent contract with a duration of 1 (one) month and a maximum of 360 hours for a subsequent contract with a duration of 12 (twelve) months, for any of the specialties for which they may be requested; i) Provision of spare parts at the request of the Contracting Authority for the installations specified in Ch. C, D, E, F, G, with a value of no more than 31.250,00 lei excluding VAT for a subsequent contract with a duration of 1 (one) month and no more than 375.000,00 lei excluding VAT for a subsequent contract with a duration of 12 (twelve) months, for any of the specialties for which they may be requested. The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 2.925,00 lei excluding VAT for 1 (0) month; The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 206.200,00 lei excluding VAT for a period of 48 months. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 51.900,00 lei excluding VAT. a) Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Service (PSI); b) Technical maintenance within the statutory time limits of the installation for early detection of the onset of fire; c) Technical maintenance within the statutory time limits of the fire-extinguishing installation with internal dry-riser hydrants; d) Management and periodic inspection / refilling, as applicable, of fire extinguishers, in accordance with the legal provisions; e) Provision, at the request of the Contracting Authority, for the installations specified in Ch. A, B, C, D, of a number of labor hours amounting to a maximum of 8 hours for a subsequent contract with a duration of 1 (one) month and a maximum of 96 hours for a subsequent contract with a duration of 12 (twelve) months, for any of the specialties for which they may be requested; f) Provision of spare parts at the request of the Contracting Authority for the installations specified in Ch. C, D, E, F, with a value of no more than 2.000 lei excluding VAT for a subsequent contract with a duration of 1 (one) month and no more than 24.000,00 lei excluding VAT for a subsequent contract with a duration of 12 (twelve) months, for any of the specialties for which they may be requested.
