The contracting authority wishes to purchase maintenance services for UPS-type equipment. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders until which clarifications may be requested: In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority establishes the deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, and by which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications was established so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the procurement documentation and, subsequently, to prepare their tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority – purchaser.
