Opportunity description

The types of services to be provided: - Annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly periodic inspection, depending on the manufacturers’ recommendations, with the issuance of an Inspection Report; - Monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual servicing, depending on the manufacturer’s recommendations; - Intervention upon any request from the contracting authority; - At the contracting authority’s request, the service provider will issue a “Decommissioning Approval” free of charge for equipment covered by the framework agreement if the conditions are met and the rules in force are observed. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Framework agreement: the estimated minimum quantity and estimated maximum quantity for each individual lot are in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications – Annex 1 Quantities-Values; Subsequent contract: the estimated minimum quantity and estimated maximum quantity for each individual lot are in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications – Annex 1 Quantities-Values; the estimated minimum value and estimated maximum value for each individual lot are in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications – Annex 1 Quantities-Values; the quantity of the largest subsequent contract for each individual lot = the maximum quantity of the subsequent contract for each individual lot, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications – Annex 1 Quantities-Values; the value of the largest subsequent contract for each individual lot = the maximum value of the subsequent contract for each individual lot, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications – Annex 1 Quantities-Values.
