Opportunity description

Under this procedure, the procurement of medical equipment maintenance services is sought, with the minimum technical specifications set out in Annex No. 1 to the Tender Specifications and in the quantities provided for in Annex No. 2 to the Tender Specifications. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority – Purchaser establishes the deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, and by which it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The Contracting Authority – Purchaser will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications was established in accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the procurement documentation and, subsequently, to prepare tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority – Purchaser. Requests for clarification will be submitted in editable format in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. The Contracting Authority – Purchaser is not required to respond to requests for clarification / additional information that were not submitted within the deadline established in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet. Under this procedure, the procurement of medical equipment maintenance services is sought, with the minimum technical specifications set out in Annex No. 1 to the Tender Specifications and in the quantities provided for in Annex No. 2 to the Tender Specifications, on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator. Subsequent contracts will be concluded in accordance with clauses 3.1.3. – 3.1.4. of the framework agreement. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Tender Specifications. The estimated value of the largest Subsequent Contract anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is specified in point II.2.6 of the Procurement Data Sheet. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire term of the Framework Agreement: - minimum quantities in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Tender Specifications. - maximum quantities in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Tender Specifications. Estimated timetable (frequency and value of contracts to be awarded): annually. The dates proposed in the estimated timetable represent the intention of the Beneficiary-Payer, not a firm commitment on its part regarding the award of Subsequent Contracts, based on the working assumption that no unforeseeable events / circumstances will arise that could not have been taken into account when the award procedure was initiated, and that the necessary financial resources will also be secured.
