Repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles belonging to the contracting authority. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Forecast quantity of the largest subsequent contract: minimum 150 labor hours ÷ maximum 1.200 labor hours. Minimum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 42.000,00 lei, excluding VAT. Maximum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 334.000,00 lei, excluding VAT. Forecast quantity of the framework agreement: minimum 150 labor hours ÷ maximum 3.600 labor hours. Estimated value of the framework agreement: minimum 42.000,00 lei, excluding VAT ÷ maximum 1.000.000,00 lei, excluding VAT, for 104 motor vehicles in accordance with the provisions of the specifications, of which: - labor value: minimum 15.000 - maximum 360.000 lei, excluding VAT - parts value: minimum 27.000 - maximum 640.000 lei, excluding VAT The minimum value of the range represents the minimum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for 8 months, and the maximum value of the range represents the estimated value of the framework agreement for 24 months.
