Opportunity description

The procurement of motor vehicle repair and maintenance services, including parts and consumables (in accordance with the estimated requirements in the specifications), is necessary for 141 technical assets, from one or more service providers, with the procurement structured into 7 lots, as follows: 1. Multi-brand service and operational work vehicles, with a maximum authorized mass of up to and including 3500 kg (Lot I) - 24 motor vehicles; 2. SMURD motor vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of up to and including 3500 kg (Lot II) - 20 motor vehicles; 3. Trailers with a maximum authorized mass of up to and including 3500 kg (Lot III) - 31 trailers; 4. Motorcycles (Lot IV) - 2 motorcycles; 5. Multi-brand motor vehicles, with a maximum authorized mass between 3501 kg and 7500 kg (Lot V) - 17 vehicles; 6. Multi-brand motor vehicles/vehicles, with a maximum authorized mass exceeding 7500 kg (Lot VI) - 47 vehicles; 7. Tires for motorcycles, passenger cars, trucks and trailers (Lot VII) - 141 vehicles, of which: - 77 vehicles - trailers and passenger cars up to 3500 kg; - 17 motor vehicles between 3501 and 7500 kg; - 47 multi-brand vehicles/trailers exceeding 7500 kg. Thus, for Lots I, II, V and VI, the following services are requested: - engine repairs; - transmission and running gear system repairs; - braking system repairs; - steering system repairs; - electrical system repairs (air conditioning, lighting, etc.); - painting and bodywork repairs; For Lot III, Trailers with a maximum authorized mass of up to and including 3.5 tonnes, the following services are requested: - running gear system repairs; - braking system repairs; - electrical system repairs (lighting, etc.); - painting and bodywork repairs; For Lot IV, Motorcycles, the following services are requested: - engine repairs; - transmission and running gear system repairs; - braking system repairs; - steering system repairs; - electrical system repairs (lighting, etc.); - painting and bodywork repairs; Lot VII Tire repairs for passenger cars and trucks - removal/installation of wheel from/on the vehicle; - removal/installation of tire from/on the rim; - balancing; - vulcanization/valve replacement; Additional information Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days.
