Opportunity description

The public procurement concerns the provision of routine maintenance and repair services for the Mercedes Benz passenger car in the fleet of the Suceava Forestry Directorate. The services are required to remedy the faults identified in the motor vehicle and restore it to normal operating parameters so that it can be operated safely on public roads. 2. Contract duration: 4 months. 3. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established in the contract notice for the submission of tenders, because the contracting authority’s response to requests for clarification must be sent at least 10 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. Legal basis: Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016.
