REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES in the vehicle fleet of S.N. RADIOCOMUNICATII S.A. (S.N.R.) - 5 lots The contracting authority is organizing this procedure with a view to awarding the contract for the provision of repair and maintenance services for the motor vehicles belonging to S.N. RADIOCOMUNICAȚII S.A. (S.N.R.), comprising the motor vehicles belonging to the Central Headquarters, the Bucharest Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, the Timișoara Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, the Cluj Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, and those belonging to the Iași Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, as follows: Number of motor vehicles belonging to the Central Headquarters: 20 Number of motor vehicles belonging to the Bucharest Radiocommunications Directorate Branch: 35 Number of motor vehicles belonging to the Timișoara Radiocommunications Directorate Branch: 31 Number of motor vehicles belonging to the Cluj Radiocommunications Directorate Branch: 34 Number of motor vehicles belonging to the Iași Radiocommunications Directorate Branch: 19 Total number of motor vehicles: 139 The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Contract for repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles in the S.N.R. vehicle fleet – Central Headquarters, for 20 motor vehicles included in Annex 1 to the Specifications relating to Lot 1. The contracting authority, S.N. Radiocomunicaţii S.A., will purchase inspection, maintenance, repair, bodywork, and painting services for its own motor vehicles in accordance with those described in the Specifications relating to Lot 1. Contract for repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles in the S.N.R. vehicle fleet – Bucharest Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, for 35 motor vehicles included in Annex 1 to the Specifications relating to Lot 2. The contracting authority, S.N. Radiocomunicaţii S.A., will purchase inspection, maintenance, repair, bodywork, and painting services for its own motor vehicles in accordance with those described in the Specifications relating to Lot 2. Contract for repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles in the S.N.R. vehicle fleet – Timișoara Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, for 31 motor vehicles included in Annex 1 to the Specifications relating to Lot 3. The contracting authority, S.N. Radiocomunicaţii S.A., will purchase inspection, maintenance, repair, bodywork, and painting services for its own motor vehicles in accordance with those described in the Specifications relating to Lot 3. Contract for repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles in the S.N.R. vehicle fleet – Cluj Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, for 34 motor vehicles included in Annex 1 to the Specifications relating to Lot 4. The contracting authority, S.N. Radiocomunicaţii S.A., will purchase maintenance, repair, bodywork, and painting services for its own motor vehicles in accordance with those described in the Specifications relating to Lot 4 . Contract for repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles in the S.N.R. vehicle fleet – Iași Radiocommunications Directorate Branch, for 19 motor vehicles included in Annex 1 to the Specifications relating to Lot 5. The contracting authority, S.N. Radiocomunicaţii S.A., will purchase inspection, maintenance, repair, bodywork, and painting services for its own motor vehicles in accordance with those described in the Specifications relating to Lot 5.
