The framework agreement concerns the inspection and repair of 81 special-purpose vehicles from the vehicle fleet of I.S.U.J. Maramureș, structured into 18 lots, as follows: Lot 1. – Inspection and repair services for MERCEDES BENZ motor vehicles; Lot 2. – Inspection and repair services for MERCEDES BENZ trucks; Lot 3. – Inspection and repair services for VOLKSWAGEN motor vehicles; Lot 4. – Inspection and repair services for DACIA motor vehicles; Lot 5. – Inspection and repair services for NISSAN motor vehicles; Lot 6. – Inspection and repair services for IVECO motor vehicles under warranty; Lot 7. – Inspection and repair services for IVECO trucks; Lot 8. – Inspection and repair services for MAN trucks; Lot 9. – Inspection and repair services for RENAULT motor vehicles; Lot 10. – Inspection and repair services for RENAULT trucks; Lot 11. – Inspection and repair services for AB trucks; Lot 12. – Inspection and repair services for STEYR trucks; Lot 13. – Inspection and repair services for MERCEDES-BENZ motor vehicles under warranty; Lot 14. – Inspection and repair services for MAN trucks under warranty; Lot 15. – Inspection and repair services for RENAULT trucks under warranty; Lot 16. – Repair services for VOLVO trucks under warranty; Lot 17. – Inspection and repair services for ROMAN trucks; Lot 18. – Inspection and repair services for OPEL motor vehicles. The subject matter of the framework agreement was divided into lots in order to adapt the size of the resulting subsequent contracts so that they better correspond to the needs of the contracting authority, as well as to the capacity of the economic operators. In this regard, framework agreements will be concluded separately for each lot. During the performance of the framework agreement, it shall be taken into account that any motor vehicle repair / inspection service will be purchased only on the basis of a subsequent contract, signed by the legal representatives of the parties, solely within the limits of the funds allocated for the budget year. If, after the award of the framework agreement, the funds allocated for the budget years during which the agreement is performed are below the estimated thresholds, the contracting authority does not assume the obligation to perform the motor vehicle repair and inspection services at the maximum value presented in the tender specifications. The framework agreement, as a special method of awarding a public procurement contract, contains estimated quantities that the contracting authority expects to purchase during the performance of the agreement, with the contracting authority subsequently having the obligation, when concluding the subsequent contracts, to establish the fixed quantities that will be purchased under the respective subsequent contract. The services and products related to the performance of the motor vehicle repair / inspection services to be purchased must fully meet the minimum requirements of the technical specifications as provided in the Tender specifications. The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders.
