FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for maintenance services, namely servicing and repairs for the security systems (intrusion detection and CCTV video surveillance and access control) in use by D.G.R.F.P. Craiova and its subordinate units, for a period of 24 months, divided into lots, as follows: LOT 1 – Maintenance services, namely servicing and repairs for the intrusion alarm, CCTV and access control systems for the Mehedinti Treasury and Public Accounting Activity and in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications no. MHG STZ 626/16.05.2025 LOT 2 – Maintenance services, namely servicing and repairs for the intrusion alarm, CCTV and access control systems for the Gorj Treasury and Public Accounting Activity and in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications no. GJG STZ 5315/07.05.2025; LOT 3 – Maintenance services, namely servicing and repairs for the intrusion alarm and video surveillance – CCTV systems, for the Valcea County Administration of Public Finances and in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications no. VLG DEX 9102/15.05.2025; The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 19 days. The date on which D.G.R.F.P. Craiova will respond (by means of the consolidated response) clearly and completely to all Requests for clarification and all requests for additional information received from interested Economic Operators is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
