Romania – Repair and maintenance services of ships – PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF NAVAL MOBILITY ASSETS FOR THREE SHALDAG MK IV PROJECT MARITIME INTERVENTION VESSELS

Opportunity description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the essential conditions that will govern the subsequent contracts for the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services. Framework agreement valid for a period of 24 months from the date of entry into force, on the basis of which preventive maintenance services (periodic technical overhauls) and corrective maintenance services (repairs) will be procured for the propulsion system, power system and electromechanical installations fitted on the three Shaldag MK IV project maritime intervention vessels, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. Requests for clarification from potential tenderers shall be made 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Framework agreement with a single operator Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Quarterly. Preventive maintenance services (periodic technical overhauls) and corrective maintenance services (repairs) for the propulsion system, power system and electromechanical installations fitted on the three SHALDAG MK IV project maritime intervention vessels: • Main engines 2 x MTU 16V 2000 M92; • Reversing gearboxes 2 x REDUCTOR INVERSOR ZF3060; • Propulsion and steering installation MJP 550 DD CSU; • Main generating set CATERPILAR- LEROY SOMER LSA 44,2 with CATERPILAR C4.4 DITA engine; • Emergency generating set HYMOINSA HYW20 with YANMAR 4TNV84TGGE engine; • MTU monitoring and alarm system; • Propulsion system remote control; • Seawater cooling system; • Air-conditioning and ventilation system; • Vessel electrical power supply installation; • 24V direct-current electrical system; • Windshield wiper control installation.; • Exterior lighting installation; • PWSM 800 reverse-osmosis water desalination installation; • Drinking-water installation; • Wastewater system; • CO2 fire-extinguishing installation; • Bilge/fire-extinguishing installation using seawater; • Bilge water-oil separator; • MINERVA T-2000 fire control panel; • Boat launching crane; • RIB boat; The SHALDAG MK IV project maritime intervention vessels have the following permanent berthing locations: Item No. Vessel registration No. Vessel duty station 1 MAI 2111 CONSTANŢA 2 MAI 2112 MANGALIA 3 MAI 2110 SULINA The requested preventive and corrective maintenance services shall be scheduled so that they are performed at the duty station of each vessel. The requested preventive and corrective maintenance services are presented in Annexes No. 1 A and 1 B. The minimum estimated value is 10.496.819,70 lei. The maximum estimated value is 21.737.071,35 lei. The value of the smallest subsequent contract estimated to be concluded is 65.000,00 lei, while the value of the largest subsequent contract estimated to be concluded is 3.500.000,00 lei.
