Framework agreement for the purchase of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services, for a period of 2 years for: Lot 1- CITROEN and RENAULT utility vehicles from the SDN Arad fleet, Lot 2-CITROEN utility vehicles from the SDN Caransebeș fleet, Lot 3- CITROEN utility vehicles from the SDN Deva fleet, Lot 4- CITROEN and RENAULT utility vehicles from the SDN Timișoara fleet, Lot 5- CITROEN and RENAULT utility vehicles from the Motorways Section and Production Section fleet Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Purchase of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services for Lot 1- CITROEN and RENAULT utility vehicles from the SDN Arad fleet, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Specifications. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, are listed in Annex 2 “Financial Summary for the Framework Agreement for the purchase of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services, 2-year period for –Lot 1- CITROEN and RENAULT utility vehicles from the SDN Arad fleet,” to the Specifications. Purchase of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services for Lot 2 - CITROEN utility vehicles from the SDN Caransebeș fleet, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Specifications. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, are listed in Annex 2 “Financial Summary for the Framework Agreement for the purchase of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services, 2-year period for – Lot 2 - CITROEN utility vehicles from the SDN Caransebeș fleet” to the Specifications.
