The procurement of “Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for vehicles with MTMA ≤ 3.5 t in CMESB S.A.'s own vehicle fleet”, through the conclusion of a framework agreement with the duration, with a duration of 24 months, is divided into 6 (six) lots, as follows: Lot 1 - Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for DACIA vehicles under warranty; Lot 2 - Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for VW vehicles under warranty; Lot 3 - Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for ISUZU vehicles; Lot 4 - Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for FIAT vehicles; Lot 5 - Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for OPEL vehicles under warranty; Lot 6 - Repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for FORD vehicles; The repair, maintenance and supply services for spare parts and consumables for vehicles in CMESB S.A.'s own vehicle fleet must comply with the requirements imposed by the Specifications. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is no more than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders.
