„Framework agreement for the acquisition of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services, over a period of 2 years for: Lot 1- MAN utility vehicles with equipment, 40-ton trailer, DAF utility vehicles, tanker semi-trailer, IVECO dump trucks, tipping semi-trailer, FRESIA snow blowers, street sweeper, utility vehicle with aerial platform from the fleet of DRDP Timișoara, Lot 2- SUZUKI VITARA passenger cars from the fleet of DRDP Timișoara, Lot 3- Equipment for repairs by successive spraying, TEREX backhoe loader with equipment, pile driver for installing and removing guardrails, signaling trailers and machinery transport trailers, joint-sealing equipment, small tractors from the fleet of DRDP Timișoara” Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation is the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities over the duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, are specified in Annex 2 „Financial Summary for the Framework Agreement for the acquisition of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services, period of 2 years for – LOT 1 - MAN utility vehicles with equipment, 40-ton trailer, DAF utility vehicles, tanker semi-trailer, IVECO dump trucks, tipping semi-trailer, FRESIA snow blowers, street sweeper, utility vehicle with aerial platform from the fleet of DRDP Timișoara” to the Specifications. Acquisition of spare parts, consumables and repair and maintenance services for Lot 2 - SUZUKI VITARA passenger cars from the fleet of DRDP Timișoara, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Specifications.
