Multiannual contract for the design and execution of works - Capital repair of petroleum products reservoir R6 and Capital repair of petroleum products reservoir R8 For carrying out the capital repairs and achieving the expected results, based on DALI, at the design stage, the following will be prepared: - the technical documentation – DT, which includes: the technical documentation for authorizing construction works – DTAC and the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of the organization of works - DTOE; - the technical design – PT; - the execution details – DE; - vertical systematization design. All the documents listed above must comply with the framework content set out in Government Decision 907/2016. The works shall be executed only on the basis of the execution design, verified against all the requirements provided for by the national legislation and regulations in force, under the responsibility and at the expense of the contractor, which must contain all the technical and economic details necessary for implementing the investment. Furthermore, the works shall begin only after all necessary endorsements and approvals issued by the competent bodies, the building permit, and the order to commence the works issued by the contracting authority have been obtained. The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub) The purpose of the procurement is the preparation of updated technical documentation (DTOE, DTAD, DTAC, PTE, DE and technical assistance from the designer during the works) and the execution of construction works for the investment objective “CAPITAL REPAIRS TO PETROLEUM PRODUCTS RESERVOIR R6 CAPITAL REPAIRS TO PETROLEUM PRODUCTS RESERVOIR R8”. Results expected from the Contractor a) preparation of the Documentation for obtaining/regulating/revising/completing the demolition permit (DTAD) and building permit (DTAC), together with the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of the organization of works (DTOE); b) preparation of the Documentation for the Technical Execution Design; c) provision of technical assistance services by the designer, until the Beneficiary accepts the Final Acceptance, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 10/1995 on quality in construction; d) Execution of the works in accordance with the endorsed PTE documentation, including demolition works and construction works. Design requirements For carrying out the capital repairs and achieving the expected results, based on DALI, the Contractor shall prepare at least the following: a) Technical documentation (DT), which includes: - technical documentation for authorizing demolition works (DTAD) - technical documentation for authorizing construction works (DTAC) and - technical documentation for authorizing the execution of the organization of works (DTOE); b) Technical Execution Design (PTE); c) Execution details (DE) – a component part of the PTE; d) Vertical systematization design; e) Works schedule. Requirements regarding the execution of the works The works shall be executed only on the basis of the execution design, verified against all the requirements provided for by the national legislation and regulations in force, under the responsibility and at the expense of the Contractor, which must contain all the technical and economic details necessary for implementing the investment. Furthermore, the works shall begin only after all necessary endorsements and approvals issued by the competent bodies, the building permit, and the order to commence the works issued by the contracting authority have been obtained. We mention that the capital repair works will be carried out in order to ensure the conditions necessary for the long-term storage of the JET A1 product. Procedure: open.
