Opportunity description

Under this framework agreement, routine and periodic maintenance works will be carried out on county roads. The proper performance of maintenance and repair works on bituminous pavements requires knowledge of the characteristic types of defects, the causes that produced them, as well as the specific measures and technologies for preventing and remedying them. Each defect identified must be remedied using specific technologies, after analyzing and, where applicable, eliminating the causes that produced it; otherwise, it will reappear under the same or even more severe conditions. The framework agreement that is the subject of this procedure concerns interventions on: potholes, edge breaks, ruts, fissures and cracks, crazing, freeze-thaw damage (frost heaving), which involves remedying defects by means of asphalt surfacing, remediation by cold recycling, road maintenance by gravelling, ensuring the collection and discharge of water from the road area, road maintenance by gravelling, ensuring the collection and discharge of water from the road area, maintenance of ditches, gutters, bridges, culverts, passages, maintenance of the road platform, etc., in accordance with the requirements imposed by the specifications. Subsequent contracts will be concluded annually, or whenever necessary, depending on the purchaser's needs and the funds allocated for this purpose.
