“Framework agreement for routine summer maintenance works - carriageway, shoulders, emergency lanes and edge strips – D.R.D.P. TIMIȘOARA – S.D.N. ARAD – YEAR I – II” Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Framework agreement for routine summer maintenance works - carriageway, shoulders, emergency lanes and edge strips – D.R.D.P. TIMIȘOARA – S.D.N. ARAD – YEAR I - II, in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities over the duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, are set out in the Quantitative Summary of routine maintenance works for the carriageway, shoulders, emergency lanes and edge strips – S.D.N.
