The subject of the framework agreement is the supply of acrylic paint for carrying out repairs to the street network as well as maintenance of public roads in Sector 3. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The total estimated value of the procurement is: 2.581.327,50 lei excluding VAT, to which the amount of 490.045,23 lei is added, resulting in the amount of 3.071.779,73 lei including VAT. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 322.665,94 lei excluding VAT; Value of the largest subsequent contract: 1.290.663,75 lei excluding VAT; Minimum value of the framework agreement: 860.363,75 lei excluding VAT; Maximum value of the framework agreement: 2.581.327,50 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority anticipates that it will conclude 2 subsequent contracts per year, 6 contracts over the period of the framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities are annexed to this contracting strategy. The contracting authority reserves the right to conclude more or fewer subsequent contracts depending on the needs and the budget allocated to the framework agreement. Procedure: open.
