Romania – Road salt – SUPPLY OF ROAD SALT EX WORKS AT THE PRODUCER'S PRODUCTION BASE (SALT MINE) OR THE SUPPLIER'S WAREHOUSE

Opportunity description

The general objective is the supply of ROAD SALT, ex works at the producer's production base (salt mine) or the supplier's warehouse, for SOCIETATEA DRUMURI SI PODURI S.A. SIBIU, obtained by grinding and sorting natural salt and used as an anti-skid material to combat slippery conditions/black ice. A product supply contract will be concluded for a period of 12 (twelve) months, for an estimated maximum quantity of 5,000.00 tonnes of road salt, in compliance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which requests for clarification may be submitted is 20 days. The contracting authority/entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 12 days before the deadline for submitting tenders, pursuant to OUG 107/2017. Product supply contract, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, for an estimated maximum quantity of 5,000.00 tonnes of road salt, ex works at the producer's production base (salt mine) or the supplier's warehouse, in compliance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The maximum estimated value of the supply contract is 1,250,000.00 lei, excluding VAT. Transportation of the product is the responsibility of the purchaser. Procedure: open.
