Execution of road infrastructure and vertical traffic management works related to the investment objectives: Lot 1 - Increasing road safety in the Băneasa neighborhood of Sector 1 of the Municipality of Bucharest; Lot 2 - Increasing road safety in the Bucureștii Noi neighborhood of Sector 1 of the Municipality of Bucharest; Lot 3 - Increasing road safety in the Grivița neighborhood of Sector 1 of the Municipality of Bucharest; Lot 4 - Increasing road safety in the Piața Romană neighborhood of Sector 1 of the Municipality of Bucharest; The streets covered by this documentation are under the administration of both the Municipality of Bucharest and Sector 1 of the Municipality of Bucharest. For the locations under the administration of the Municipality of Bucharest, through the Streets Administration, a Partnership Agreement will be concluded, subsequent to Association Protocol no. 16/ 10.09.2025 concluded between Sector 1 and the Bucharest Streets Administration. The project sites are surrounded by dense residential areas, including educational, commercial and institutional areas. Types of works aimed at increasing road safety in the area of educational establishments: - Raised pedestrian crossings; - Installation of pedestrian curb extensions; - Pedestrian fences; - Anti-parking bollards; - Installation of road signs, rumble markings and speed limiters; - Development of kiss & ride spaces; - Installation of ITS systems for alerting road users and for traffic surveillance; - Tactile markings for persons with disabilities. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 17 days. In accordance with Art. 161 para.
