Opportunity description

Under this contract, ROAD MARKING WORKS FOR SURFACE PARKING FACILITIES OWNED AND/OR MANAGED BY COMPANIA MUNICIPALĂ PARKING BUCUREȘTI S.A. will be procured, in the quantities specified in the technical specifications. The works to be carried out are aimed at ensuring living and environmental conditions appropriate for a sustainable city, under conditions of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, through: · the visible delineation, in accordance with regulations, of individual parking spaces, internal traffic lanes, access areas and special areas · ensuring traffic safety within the parking facilities through directional, warning and vehicle-flow guidance markings · compliance with accessibility requirements for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), by marking special spaces in accordance with the legislation in force · maintaining an appropriate aesthetic appearance of the managed parking facilities, including by restoring markings that have deteriorated over time NOTE: Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes 1 deadline by which it will provide a clear and complete response to tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders.
