Opportunity description

The organization and provision of the transport and guarding of the transport of valuables shall be carried out, depending on the needs of the contracting authority, using specially designated means of transport, (Art. 55 para. 1 of the Annex to the Methodological Norms to HG 301/2012 amended and supplemented by HG 1002/2015), certified in accordance with the legislation in force, and appropriately equipped and outfitted security personnel (Art. 57 of the Annex to the Methodological Norms to HG 301/2012 amended and supplemented by HG 1002/2015); the aforementioned services shall be provided in compliance with the legal provisions in force, with the transport risk borne by the Provider.The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity shall respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline.
