Towel rolls and folded hand towels will be purchased in order to comply with hygiene standards in the UTC-N premises, as follows: Hand towel roll min 10 pcs – maximum 32000 pcs Folded hand towels min 10 packs – maximum 140000 packs -The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. -The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. Towel rolls and folded hand towels will be purchased, in accordance with the specifications Hand towel roll min 10 pcs – maximum 32000 pcs, quantity under the largest subsequent contract 4000 pcs Folded hand towels min 10 packs – maximum 140000 packs, quantity under the largest subsequent contract 17500 pcs In the case of the conclusion of a framework agreement: Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 185975 LEI Estimated timetable (frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): monthly/quarterly/semi-annually We estimate that 16 subsequent contracts (CS) will be concluded The first subsequent contract will be concluded at the price in the framework agreement. From the second subsequent contract onward, the supplier is required to confirm the prices in the framework agreement. Otherwise, the contract price will be adjusted by a maximum of the inflation index communicated by I.N.S for hygiene and cosmetic products, at the time (in the month) of conclusion of the subsequent contract, relative to the deadline for submission of tenders Procedure: open.
