The framework agreement aims to provide STARLINK satellite services and equipment or equivalent in 3 lots, for a period of 3 years, without reopening the competition. Lot 1 - STARLINK business services and satellite equipment or equivalent Lot 2 - STARLINK continental services and satellite equipment or equivalent Lot 3 - STARLINK on-the-move satellite services and equipment or equivalent The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement, the minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contract, and the technical specifications of the products are set out in the tender specifications. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 17 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
