Information regarding the receipt of requests for clarification and the transmission of responses to requests for clarification: After publication of the contract notice, tenderers may submit requests for clarification in the Procedure details/Questions section. Responses to requests for clarification shall be provided in accordance with Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016. -The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. -The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. A framework supply agreement will be concluded for each of the 2 lots under the procedure. - Lot 1 - Set for providing LEO satellite communications while in motion and in the maritime area; - Lot 2 - Portable set for providing LEO satellite communications. Estimated framework agreement value (lei excluding VAT): minimum 1.242.746,00 lei / maximum 5.292.654,00 lei. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: in principle, two or three per budget year. Estimated framework agreement quantities: - Lot 1 - Set for providing LEO satellite communications while in motion and in the maritime area: minimum 43 cpl / maximum 213 cpl; - Lot 2 - Portable set for providing LEO satellite communications: minimum 76 cpl / maximum 268 cpl. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: - Lot 1 - Set for providing LEO satellite communications while in motion and in the maritime area: minimum 1 cpl / maximum 50 cpl; - Lot 2 - Portable set for providing LEO satellite communications: minimum 1 cpl/maximum 50 cpl. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded pursuant to Article 20(8)(g) of Government Decision 395/2016 is: - Lot 1 - Set for providing LEO satellite communications while in motion and in the maritime area: 741.700,00 lei excluding VAT; - Lot 2 - Portable set for providing LEO satellite communications: 397.950,00 lei excluding VAT. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months, maximum quantity 213 cpl, estimated unit price 14.834,00 lei excluding VAT, maximum estimated lot value 3.159.642,00 lei excluding VAT. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months, maximum quantity 268 cpl, estimated unit price7.959,00 lei excluding VAT, maximum estimated lot value 2.133.012,00 lei excluding VAT.
