Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to modernize the Regional SCADA Dispatch Center in the municipality of Pitești, with a view to: - improving the centralized control and monitoring of water supply and wastewater systems in the operator's service area, - streamlining supervision processes, - increasing cybersecurity and system availability, - integration with the zonal and local SCADA systems implemented under the existing POIM projects. The investment consists of the supply, installation, configuration and testing of the hardware, software and communication equipment necessary for the continuous operation of the central SCADA dispatch center, in redundant mode, with local and web access. The contract duration is 18 months. Any interested economic operator may request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation, only in SEAP, no later than 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information specified above 15 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The subject of this contract is: - the supply of the hardware and software equipment necessary for the modernization of the Pitești Regional SCADA Dispatch Center; - the installation, configuration and commissioning of the complete SCADA system; - the implementation of the IT infrastructure (servers, NAS, firewall, UPS, network, video wall); - the configuration of the SCADA software application, integration of communications, functionality testing and training of the beneficiary's personnel.
