Opportunity description

This procurement documentation is prepared for the award of the supply contract relating to the furnishing of the investment objective “St+P+2E Secondary School – Green School”, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Component C15 – Education. The main objective is to ensure a modern, digitalized and sustainable educational environment by completely furnishing all functional spaces of the educational institution, in accordance with European standards regarding green and digital education. The contract covers the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the furnishings necessary for carrying out educational and administrative activities, namely: School and auxiliary furniture (for classrooms, laboratories, administrative spaces); laboratory-specific furniture (practical activities, computer science, natural sciences); furniture specific to support spaces (library, medical office, psycho-pedagogical office, afterschool multifunctional room, dining hall). The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is: up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 2nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline.
