The contract includes design, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer for the objective “GR-CL-10-Construction of the Ogrezeni wastewater treatment plant” in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which interested Economic Operators may request clarifications is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information as follows: - 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification submitted 34 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification submitted 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contract includes design, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer for the objective “GR-CL-10-Construction of the Ogrezeni wastewater treatment plant” in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. The wastewater treatment plant is located outside the built-up area of Ogrezeni. At present, the agglomeration does not have a centralized sewerage system and wastewater treatment plant. The equivalent population of the wastewater treatment plant is 9,407 P.E. The receiving water body for the wastewater treatment plant will be the Arges River. The contract for the design and execution of the objective “GR-CL-10-Construction of the Ogrezeni wastewater treatment plant” includes: a) Design activities - the Technical Execution Project, which will include all documents required under the legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain approvals and authorizations; support for the Beneficiary in obtaining the necessary authorizations and approvals; b) Construction works; c) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; d) Testing and commissioning; e) Training of the Beneficiary’s personnel. f) Remediation of any defects arising during the Warranty Period. g) During the execution of the works, the contractor will also provide technical assistance from the designer, with all the legal duties incumbent upon it for this purpose. The duration of the design and execution of the works and commissioning of the installations is 30 months, broken down as follows: - Design stage: 6 months - Works execution period: 21 months - Testing and commissioning period: 3 months The defects notification period (PND) is a minimum of 36 months. The contract remains valid until all obligations have been fulfilled by the parties. The contract value does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. Procedure: open.
