The subject of the contract is the procurement of design services and the works to be carried out under the project “Ecosystem for the Community: The Urban Forest and Tudor Arghezi Garden in Chitila, Ilfov” described in the SF: OBS1: Development of green infrastructure accessible to the public by creating an Urban Forest over an area of 18.16 (ha), of which 15.68 (ha) is green infrastructure. OBS2: Modernization of public green infrastructure through the development and expansion of a themed public garden – the “Tudor Arghezi” Garden, over an area of 3119 sq m. OBS3: Implementation of measures for the conservation and improvement of biodiversity by applying 18 specific solutions that will contribute to protecting species and creating more sustainable natural habitats in green spaces. OBS4: Increasing ecosystem benefits through the development and provision of 19 ecosystem services that will improve air quality, microclimate regulation, and community well-being. OBS5: Application of nature-based solutions (NBS) through the implementation of 10 innovative measures intended to reduce the impact of climate change, expand green areas, and improve residents’ quality of life. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation. Insofar as requests for clarification are received at least 18 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders.
