Conclusion, following the conduct of the “open tender” award procedure, of a framework agreement for the supply of PROX/SEOS multi-technology cards with contact smart card, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 27 days, namely until 04.08.2025. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators by the deadline specified in the contract notice, no later than the 24th day before the deadline for submission of tenders established in the contract notice, namely by 08.08.2025. Any request for clarification must be submitted through SEAP. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested throughout the entire duration of the framework agreement: - minimum quantity: 19,114 units - maximum quantity: 46,963 units Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded: - minimum quantity: 1,146 units; - maximum quantity: 7,427 units.
