Ice control and snow removal on county roads administered by the Vrancea County Council for a period of 48 calendar months for Lot I - NORTH and Lot II - SOUTH, in order to maintain the viability of the roads during winter and ensure road traffic under safe traffic conditions. The road network covered by the service is presented in Annex No. 1. The county roads are classified by intervention levels according to Annex 2 and are divided into lots according to Annex 3 (Lot I-North sector) and Annex 4 (Lot II-South sector). Under this framework agreement, it is estimated that for each individual lot a minimum of 1 subsequent contract and a maximum of 4 subsequent contracts will be awarded. The subsequent contracts will be concluded annually, one subsequent contract for each lot. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot I/NORTH - 4.886.845,39 lei excluding VAT; Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot II/SOUTH - 4.886.845,39 lei excluding VAT. The service delivery period is between: 15 November of the current year – 15 March of the following year. Depending on weather and road conditions, this period may be modified by written notification from the contracting authority. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement relating to Lot 1 (North) are set out in the Lot 1 North Summary. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement for Lot I/NORTH is 19.547.381,57 lei excluding VAT. The maximum estimated value (relating to maximum quantities) of the largest subsequent contract for Lot I/NORTH is 4.886.845,39 lei excluding VAT; Further details regarding the services to be provided on the county roads relating to Lot I NORTH are set out in the specifications and the annexes thereto. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days.
